A TRAILING COLD FRONT WILL PUSH OFFSHORE BY WEDNESDAY EVENING. BROAD LOW PRESSURE WILL SETTLE INTO NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND WILL PERSIST OVER THE REGION THROUGH THURSDAY.
