EVENING...
...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING
TO NOON EST MONDAY...
* WHAT...Freezing rain and sleet changing to snow before ending.
Very cold wind chills expected. Additional snow and sleet
accumulations up to an inch and ice accumulations of one tenth
of an inch. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, eastern, northeastern and western
Massachusetts.
* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 7 PM EST this
evening. For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 9 PM this evening
to noon EST Monday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Scattered power outages and tree damage
possible due to the ice. Hazardous travel conditions. The cold
wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little
as 30 minutes.

Information:
A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow, sleet
and ice will make travel very hazardous or impossible.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frostbite and hypothermia can
occur if precautions are not taken. Make sure you wear a hat and
gloves.
