Details:
...Strong gusty winds expected tonight and early tomorrow...
.A robust cold front will bring strong and gusty winds to the
region late tonight and early tomorrow morning. The strongest
winds occur for only a very short period during the overnight
hours, but could cause some scattered power outages. The strongest
winds are expected to be over the higher elevations in the
mountains, but significant gusts will still be observed in the
foothills as well as the midcoast region of Maine.
...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 2 PM EDT
TUESDAY...
The National Weather Service in Gray has issued a Wind Advisory,
which is in effect from midnight tonight to 2 PM EDT Tuesday.
* Winds...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* Timing...Late tonight and early tomorrow morning.
* Impacts...Scattered power outages.

Information:
A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 to 39 mph...or
wind gusts 46 to 57 mph...are expected. Winds this strong can
make driving difficult...especially for high profile vehicles.
Use extra caution.
